How to Find Us:

Dermapure Head office has a new office location in Weybridge. This can be reached via junction 10 of the M25 and off the A3 via the Painshill junction.

The closest train station is Byfleet By New Haw and it is approximately a 20 minute walk from the station.

The training will start promptly at 10:00am and finish at 16:00. We ask all attendees to plan their travel to ensure arrival at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. Any attendees arriving more than 20 minutes late will unfortunately be unable to complete the training and will incur their cancellation fee. This is to minimise disruption and ensure the courses run to the scheduled time.

We ask attendees to dress appropriately in business wear on Day 1 of a two day course and wear their full practitioner uniform for the practical element on Day 2.

If attending a one day session, full practitioner uniform is required.

Please note: Practitioners will be required as part of their certification to perform a treatment on other trainees AND undergo a treatment as part of their training. Please ensure all practitioners’ skin is prepped correctly as per DermaQuest skin conditioning rules:

Fitzpatrick’s 1-3 – Essential Daily Cleanser, Peptide Glyco Cleanser or DermaClear BHA Cleanser (depending on skin concern), Essential B5 Hydrating Serum and Sheerzinc SPF30 for 2 weeks before the training session.

Fitzpatrick’s 4, 5, 6 – Essential Daily Cleanser, Peptide Glyco Cleanser or DermaClear BHA Cleanser (depending on skin concern), Essential B5 Hydrating Serum, Skinbrite Serum and Sheerzinc SPF30 for:

4 weeks for Fitzpatrick IV

5 weeks for Fitzpatrick V

6 weeks for Fitzpatrick VI

REMEMBER:

Please ensure practitioners have NOT received any other treatments in the two weeks prior to the course such as Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, IPL or Laser treatments, injectable treatments and have NOT had recent sun exposure or sunbeds.

Stop using any products that contain Glycolic acid, Salicylic Acid two days prior to training session, and the use of Retinol must be discontinued two weeks prior.

Cancellation Policy:

If for any reason you are unable to attend this course, please call 01932 339160 or your training manager (details below) at least 2 weeks prior to the training day.  Any cancellations or no shows with less than 2 weeks’ notice will incur a £25 cancellation fee per person per day. If this happens more than 3 times consecutively, we will be unable to book you on any more future courses.

As part of your training package you will receive all relevant training materials and refreshments which will include tea and coffee.
