Having worked as an Aesthetician for 18 years, Dermapure now gives me the unique ability to provide solutions for passionate Skin Care professionals. Working with our amazing sales and training team to ensure we deliver support to enhance results and grow businesses. I have been in the beauty industry since I was 16 years old where I discovered my passion for skincare! I love working with Dermapure Clinical as it enables me to offer solutions to businesses across 6 science backed results driven brands!

My career has been dedicated to customer-facing roles, where I’ve developed a passion for creating exceptional client experiences. As Office Manager at Dermapure, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to the design and implementation of the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience at every touchpoint.

Being a self-confessed skincare geek myself, I love sharing my knowledge and passion with our customers! Being part of the customer care team it’s so rewarding to support so many businesses, and responding to the needs of each individually to improve their business solutions.
The most rewarding part of my position is getting to oversee the entire creative process, from concept creation in a management meeting to the final product having been printed arriving in head office. I especially love when we get to hear the personal feedback from accounts and knowing that we’ve enhanced a customer’s experience for any of our chose brands.
It’s exciting to communicate such radical results and so many success stories, seeing how the skincare brands we choose actually change lives.

I’ve worked in the beauty/aesthetic industry for over 19 years and my passion is in being able to educate our clients and be able to deliver great results for any skin concern.
